Wellness and Prevention Programs in the Work Place.
Employee Education:
- Present body mechanics educational components during employee orientation
- Post examples of good body mechanics on team boards or other media
- Instruct team and individual stretching programs and raise awareness of personal body issues
- Help employees be aware of frequently used body postures which can lead to injury within a specific set of jobs or positions
- Do worksite floor walks and brief individual education sessions with employees while they are working
- Provide start-up health & wellness topics
Workplace Wellness Needs and Assessments:
- Personalized strength and flexibility programs

- Lifestyle change (weight and nutrition) programs and competitions
- Fitness and exercise competitions

Traditional Exercise Programs:
- Tailored strength and cardiovascular programs
- Yoga, stretching, ball, and/or body weight supported strength classes
- Assistance with weight/exercise room set-up
