Athletic Training Services is comprised of board certified and licensed Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers skilled at providing therapy services after an evaluation to determine components of soft tissue and movement concerns you may have due to an injury or just everyday life.
Our therapist have spent years working with active people whether they are athletes or people just trying to live a good, pain-free life. Everyone is an “athlete” no matter your age or physical limitations.
We utilize the knowledge of contributing and restorative factors in designing an individualized program for each client based on your physiology and life style. What we do as therapists is not like taking a pill to reduce pain temporarily, but to start you on a sustained and lasting recovery of the contributing factors which prompted you to contact us.
Whether you contacted us due to pain, loss of movement, muscle weakness, a fall, recent injury, illness, after surgery, or just because you want to feel good every day with preventative maintenance on your body we can help you live a better life with therapeutic techniques and education.
What to expect with each treatment session.
The therapist will do a quick evaluation of your physical needs and which treatment methods will be the most beneficial to improve your condition each day. Most treatment sessions will include education on your condition, some type of manual treatment, and some form of a home program to help you take ownership of your recovery.
Treatments available:
We do not file with insurance companies, so each visit has a flat rate of $40.00.

*Currently we have a limited number of therapists living in Upstate SC/ Charlotte, NC area. If you are outside of this area please still contact us, as we will travel as needed to service our clients.
